Momofuku's point of view

David Chang founded Momofuku, and the curiosity behind its restaurants also guides these pantry goods. His work includes The Mind of a Chef, Ugly Delicious, and The Next Thing You Eat; the Momofuku cookbook is a New York Times bestseller.

Recipes for real life

The Momofuku Test Kitchen develops recipes for home cooks, including quick snacks, one-pan meals, and food for special occasions. The aim is to offer useful direction and spark another way to use a pantry staple.

Storage and dietary notes

All items are shelf stable. Chili Crunch, Mild Garlic Chili Crunch, Black Truffle Chili Crunch, Extra Spicy Chili Crunch, and Liquids products should be refrigerated after opening. Products contain no added MSG. Every product is vegan except Chili Crunch Hot Honey and Korean BBQ Sauces.
